Custom Order Information
All custom orders are made in our studios. We are able to customize many types of materials with an almost limitless number of images. If you would like to request an estimate, or have additional questions, please contact us for more information.
When contacting us about a custom order, please include as much detail as possible regarding the specifications, and a phone number where we can reach you.
Policies
In general, high-quality images are required to create high-quality laser engravings. If you provide your own image, the highest quality engravings will be achieved if you provide us with standard vector file formats (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .svg). We are also able to scan images from photos or paper.
When you provide your own image (be it an image file or something to scan), additional work will be required to format the image to make it suitable for laser engraving. Therefore, all custom orders are subject to a set up fee to compensate for image editing and job setup.
Additionally, it is assumed that you have full legal rights or permission to authorize us to reproduce your image. You will assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for copyright or trademark infringement based on your image.
When you provide your own materials for customization, you are responsible for all shipping charges related to getting the materials to us.
We will be happy to do a preliminary evaluation and estimate based on your exact specifications and image files. Please note that estimates are just that; final invoice amounts could be higher or lower depending on a number of factors including: image quality, materials, complex assembly, weight, and number of pieces engraved.
Custom orders typically require up to 14 days from the time of final customer approval to delivery. If we need to order materials from a supplier, your order could take up to 6 weeks from the date of final customer approval.
In all cases, we will strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you need your custom order completed in a shorter time frame, it may be possible to expedite your order for an additional fee.
All sales of custom items are final once final customer approval has been obtained. We are unable to accept returns for custom items.
Pricing
| Set Up Fee | Each custom order is subject to a $35.00 set up fee, which is used to prepare the image and material for engraving. |
| Laser Time | $2.00 per minute that the laser is active. |
| Expediting Fee | $1.00 additional per minute that the laser is active. This is only charged if you request expedited processing. |

Designs
We have an extensive catalog of images to choose from. You can either provide your own image, or choose one of ours at no additional cost.
Size Limits
Our laser can accommodate objects of various shapes and sizes as follows:
- We can laser engrave flat objects up to 12” by 24” in size, and up to 7.5” thick.
- We can laser engrave cylindrical objects up to 24” in height, and up to 7” in diameter.
- We can laser cut flat objects up to 12” by 24”, and up to 1/8” thick.
