    Store Policies

    The Hand-Made Nature Of Our Products

    While we strive to represent our products accurately on our website, all of our products are hand-made and no two items are exactly alike. As such, we cannot guarantee that individual items will look exactly as they do in the images shown on our website, or in our online store. When processing your order, if we find that items you have purchased look significantly differently than the way they are represented on our website, we will notify you immediately of the changes and allow you a chance to substitute or cancel your order.

    Pricing And Availability

    We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. In the event we do decide to cancel your order we will provide a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping charges. Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We can only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States and also addresses within Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. We cannot ship items to other countries, to APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. Territories.

    Accepted Methods Of Payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal payments through our PayPal online payment processor. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase our products or services.

    Credit Card Security

    All online purchases are processed by our PayPal online payment processor. We do not store or keep your credit card information on file. For purchases completed offline, we will store your credit card information for a maximum of 90 days and will make every effort to protect your personal information from falling into the hands of those with malicious intent.

    Order Turn Around Policy

    In all cases, we will attempt delivery of your purchase as soon as possible. Typically, processed orders for in-stock items will arrive at their destination within 7 business days, depending upon the method of shipping you chose for your order. In some extreme cases, such as orders shipped around the holidays, it could take up to 21 business days for your order to arrive. This does not apply to custom orders.     Shipping Policy

    We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service. Our standard method of shipping is through USPS Priority Mail®. Shipping via Express Mail® may also be available for faster delivery for an additional fee.

    Custom Orders

    We are happy to accept custom work provided that the work is in good taste and is not offensive or defamatory. Please visit our custom order page for more information about custom orders.

    Expedited Orders

    In some cases, it is possible to expedite your order for an additional fee. If you have a tight deadline and would like to find out if it is possible for us to meet it, please contact us with your specific needs so that we may personally assist you.

    Products Damaged During Shipping

    If your products are damaged during shipping, we will repair or replace them at no additional charge. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the defective product using our online contact form. If you do so, we will provide you with a return code and reimburse you for any First Class Mail® shipping charges you incur to return the damaged goods.

    Returns

    You may return any undamaged item at any time and for any reason. This policy does not apply to custom work. We will offer an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price for all returned products, less shipping charges, using the original form of tender used for the purchase. We are unable to accept returns for broken or damaged items that were damaged outside of the normal use of the item, unless the items were damaged during shipping. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your return and receive your refund or exchange.

    When returning products, please send us the following:

    • The product(s) you are returning
    • Your name, address and telephone number (in case we have questions)
    • A brief description of the reason for your return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange

    Sales Tax Policy

    We are required by law to collect sales tax on all non-exempt products that are delivered to or purchased in Colorado. For orders delivered to or purchased in Denver County, Colorado an additional 7.72% local and state sales tax will be added to your order. For orders delivered to or purchased within the state of Colorado but outside of Denver County, Colorado, an additional 2.9% state sales tax will be added to your order.
